NFDA Offers Music License

With NFDA, funeral homes pay only $231 – the lowest rate available – for a music license covering all three licensing organizations (BMI, SESAC and ASCAP). In recent years, music licensing organizations have targeted funeral homes for inspections. Getting caught without a license could result in a copyright infringement lawsuit with penalties up to $30,000.
